Ordering:
You may order anytime by Fax, Mail, Email or via our secure online shopping cart. Phone orders are not accepted, as responsibility cannot be taken if incorrect goods are supplied.
Delivery:
New Zealand Domestic orders are shipped via the economy courier
post, extra charges apply to NZ Courierpost.
International: Overseas orders are shipped via the Air Mail or Express. Customers with orders shipped outside New Zealand, are responsible for all tariffs, duties & import taxes that apply.
We can't send goods to PO Box/Private Bag addresses and there is no Saturday delivery, only the physical address. Once we send your goods to the New Zealand Post Shop or the Express Company, any damage or loss to your goods are not our responsibility and no liability will be accepted.
Payment:
Prepayment is required with all orders. On receipt of your payment we will ship your order immediately. All goods remain the property of Finest Tattoo Supply Ltd until payment is made in full.
Payment can be made by Bank Cheque, Direct Deposit, International Bank Draft, Western Union Money Transfer, Telegraphic Transfer or Online Credit Card payments.
• Cheque (only available in New Zealand ): Pay to Finest Tattoo Supply Ltd and post with order form together. Delivery will not be made until funds have cleared.
• Direct Deposit (only available in New Zealand ): Deposit into our bank account at any branch of the Westpac Bank, Please fax or email the bank receipt to us so we can identify your payment. Any goods via direct deposit will not be released until funds appear in our bank account, in most cases, this is usually the next days. Please see our account details below.
• International Bank Draft: Pay to Finest Tattoo Supply Ltd and post the bank draft to us, We will accept the International bank draft payable in NZ Dollars or the equivalent in US dollars or Euro dollars. Delivery will not be made until funds have cleared.
• Western Union Money Transfer: Go to any of Western Union worldwide agent to send money ( visit www.westernunion.com to find the nearest agent location). After the payment is made, please email or fax the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), your first and last names, city, country and the amount that was sent to us.
• Telegraphic Transfer: Transfer the payment directly into our bank account, For bank transfer outside New Zealand please add NZ$10 to the total of your order to cover bank charges. Please see our account details below.
• Credit Cards: Follow our online credit card payment screen to complete the transfer.
Returns:
Returns can be made up to 7 days after you receive
an item that is defective or incorrect.
You agree that you will examine your shipment within 7 days
and any claim will be made within that time.
We apologize for any defect in products and assure you we
will do our best to remedy all problems.
Defective items will be either replaced or repaired at no
charge. No refunds.
These items are Not Returnable for Credit:
Inks, Colors, needles,medical supplies are not returnable
for credit.
Save special packing material if a return is necessary.
Returns must be in undamaged original packaging.
If original packing is damaged there may be a service fee

Returns must be made in boxes or padded mailers
that offer protection for the items returned.
Never return anything in a plain envelope.
